NeuralHire is a product of SoftArtificial company.

We collect information you provide and information generated through your use of the service:

• Account data: authentication identifiers and basic account details (such as name and email) provided via our auth provider.
• Profile data: skills, summary, work experience, education, and other content you enter into your dashboard.
• Usage data: basic event and diagnostic data to help us operate and improve the service (e.g., errors, feature usage).

We use information to provide and improve NeuralHire, including to:

• Authenticate you and maintain account security.
• Provide core features (profile, job search, generation, exports).
• Process subscriptions and billing.
• Measure performance, debug issues, and improve UX.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Stripe may process your information according to their policies.

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate NeuralHire (for example, authentication and billing providers). We may also share information if required by law.

We retain account and profile data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion by contacting us.
